We offer private sessions for up to 4 people for 50 minutes of hot and cold contrast therapy. Use have private use of the facilities in that time. You are provided with two towels, electroylte sachet and herbal tea station.

There is no charge for cancelations done 24 hours before your session. You can also reschedule any session up to 24 hours before your session starts. However due to being a small business, any cancelations in the 24 hour window can not be refunded or rescheduled. 

Admission Policy

For health and safety reasons, Drift & Ember reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who appears intoxicated or whose presence may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or staff. In such cases, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

As a new business, we are open Wednesday to Friday from 3pm to 9pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm. 

We are closed Monday & Tuesday

Wear something comfortable and loose-fitting. We adivse to come with your swimwear underneath. This allows for you to have more time to enjoy your session. However, we do have two curtained changing areas for privacy.

Yes, we have one indoors which can be a hot or cold expereince and then we have a cold one outdoors. Shower products are available to use in both showers.

Swimwear must be worn in the sauna, and guests must sit on a towel at all times. A sauna towel will be provided for your use. Please place your towel in the laundry basket after your session.
